PERSONAL DATA POLICY
When you shop on the ViSSEVASSE website you need to provide information to enable us to process your order. You will be asked to provide:
Name
Telephone number
Email address
Payment card information
Delivery address
We use SSL (secure socket layer) when we transfer data. For security reasons, we do not store your payment information in our database.
What we use your personal data for:
1) Processing your order. We use your data to draw the purchase amount from your card, to send you an order confirmation, to send you an email to notify you that the product has been sent and to complete the delivery.
2) Customer service/complaints. If you have a complaint or request redelivery, we need your contact information to register your request and to solve the problem or carry out a redelivery.
3) Marketing. We use your data to send you newsletters by email, but only if you have given your consent to receiving the newsletters. If you consent to the newsletter, you also consent to marketing on other channels. You can withdraw your consent at any time.

To carry out the delivery, we provide your name, address and telephone number to our couriers.

In addition, we work with third-party service providers to store and process your data to be able to process your order and comply with regulations. These providers only use your data on our behalf and are not allowed to use them for their own purposes.
You are always entitled to request information about what data we have registered about you and to object to a registration. If the data is incomplete, irrelevant or wrong, you have the right to have them altered or deleted. These rights are defined in the Persondataloven (the Danish Act on Processing of Personal Data). Under the Bogføringsloven (the Danish Bookkeeping Act), however, we are legally required to store your purchasing information for five years.
